A7/A11 Valve Use: Wide range of chemical adaptations for a wide range of gases and liquids. Suitable for many occasions such as instrument test systems, gas processing systems, etc.

·Valve diameter: A7 diameter 8mm; A11 diameter 12mm
·Working pressure: 400 Bar
·Maximum operating temperature: 1) ordinary type A72/ A112 is 250 °C; 2) outer screw type A72A/ A112A/A73A /A113A is 480 °C; A117A is 550 °C
· Stem seal: three forms are available: 1) graphite packing (standard configuration), greater than 550 ° C 2) PTFE packing 200 ° C 3) bellows seal (zero leakage)
· Valve structure: the common type is the sealing packing located at the upper part of the stem thread, the outer screw type is the sealing packing located at the lower part of the stem thread, the screw does not touch the medium.
·The valve stem and valve head are separated structure. When the valve stem rotates, the valve head only moves up and down without rotating, which can prolong the service life of the valve head. The seat can be replaced after it has failed.
·The bellows seal structure can be provided, and the leakage at the stem is almost zero, reaching the ultra-low leakage of 1×10-8 mbar l/s required by the nuclear power plant (according to helium)

· Valves for oxygen degreased and decontaminated are available, sealed to PTFE and pressured to PN250Bar.
The A7/A11 two series of needle valves are available in a variety of interface styles, and the ports on both ends of the needle valve can be freely combined. Users can save a lot of transition joints, the following interface form can reach the working pressure of PN 400 Bar.
